Submitting Data
To upload data using the West Virginia Cancer Registry's Secure Online Data Submission System (SODSS), you must have a user name and password. If you do not have a user name and password, please contact Myra Fernatt. If you do have a user name and password, you can sign in to SODSS. Read the SODSS User Manual.
West Virginia Cancer Registry Procedure Manuals
The West Virginia Cancer Registry maintains two procedure manuals that are intended to provide reporters with an overview of reporting requirements and coding. Please note that facility-based (hospital) registrars should refer to the manual for facility-based registries, as this contains all of the required reporting elements for such registries. Non-facility based reporters, such as physician offices not affiliated with hospitals, should refer to the manual for non-facility reporters.
