The Office of Epidemiology and Prevention Services (OEPS) is a part of the West Virginia Department of Health Bureau for Public Health. Its website contains information on infectious and sexually transmitted diseases, immunizations guidelines, cancer registry, public health informatics, and important public health events.
The Division of Cancer Epidemiology (DCE)
The Division of Cancer Epidemiology (DCE) is an all-site registry, collecting data on all cancers except basal and squamous cell carcinoma of the skin and in situ cervical cancer.

The mission of the West Virginia Division of Surveillance and Informatics (DSI) is to ensure data quality, identify new sources of necessary data, and improve existing data collection systems.
