CME Opportunity: HPV-Related, NON-Cervical Cancers Are On The Rise
Human papillomavirus (HPV)-related, non-cervical cancers are on the rise in the United States, especially in males. Despite this trend, HPV vaccination rates are still at suboptimal levels. Physicians need to ensure that patients initiate and complete the vaccination schedule. In this continuing medical educational activity, expert physicians discuss the current burden of HPV-related tumors, assess the latest clinical evidence of the role of HPV vaccination in preventing non-cervical cancers, and discuss effective communication strategies to ensure that a higher proportion of patients are receiving the HPV vaccine.

West Virginia Statewide Immunization Information System (WVSIIS)
The WVSIIS helps ensure that all West Virginia children, adolescents and adults have current immunizations. These shots provide protection from diseases like measles, rotavirus, human papillomavirus, hepatitis and pertussis (whooping cough).
WVSIIS is a confidential, computerized information system that keeps complete and up-to-date shot records. You won't have to worry about losing your child's shot record even if you change providers. For more information see the bullets bellow.
