West Virginia is now enrolling providers (Eligible Professionals (EPs), Eligible Clinicians (ECs), and Eligible Hospitals) who wish to report immunization data, electronic case reporting (eCR) data, electronic laboratory reporting data (ELR), syndromic surveillance data, and/or cancer data to meet PI/QPP requirements. For more information and to determine if you are eligible to register for a particular public health activity, please visit the appropriate website below.
DECLARATION OF READINESS STATEMENT (posted January 27, 2026): The programs listed below will continue accepting registrations for all stages under the Promoting Interoperability Programs or the Quality Payment Program for the remainder of the 2026 reporting period and continuing with the 2027 reporting period. It is the registrant's responsibility to know the requirements of the particular Federal Rule under which you are registering and reporting.
