ABOUT

West Virginia is now enrolling providers (Eligible Professionals (EPs), Eligible Clinicians (ECs), and Eligible Hospitals) who wish to report immunization data, electronic laboratory reporting data (ELR), syndromic surveillance data, and/or cancer data to meet PI/QPP requirements. For more information and to determine if you are eligible to register for a particular public health activity, please visit the appropriate website below.

DECLARATION OF READINESS STATEMENT (posted June 22, 2018): The programs listed below will continue accepting registrations for all stages under Meaningful Use/QPP for the 2019 reporting period. It is the registrant's responsibility to know the requirements of the particular Federal Rule under which you are registering and reporting.

If you have questions about how OEPS is working with providers on PI/QPP, please contact Tim Neely by e-mail at Tim.B.Neely@wv.gov or by calling (304) 356-4043.
